I am Lauren C. Jenkins, I have been a licensed Registered Massage Therapist in the state of Maryland since November 2014. I graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage in August 2014. I specialize in Swedish and Deep Tissue massages. I also incorporate trigger points, stretching, and myofascial techniques within each massage. I have customized each massage to meet your specific needs and/or requests, within my scope of practice.

I began in this field with a strong passion to help individuals who suffer from pain/injury or stress. Wanting to help people came easy for me since I grew up in and around the beauty industry. Watching my grandmother and mother enhance someone's beauty and watching them leave with a new sense of confidence was amazing to me! The most rewarding part of my job is impacting my client's life for the better. Health and wellness are essential to living a long and vigorous life. I love when clients come back with their testimonials about how receiving a massage from me enhanced their quality of life. Hearing how massage improved their range of motion in certain limbs or completely helped that chronic ache/pain they were having is a reward in itself.

Bringing Relaxation to You has become a full-time passion.
